“What’s a guided exploration?” you ask?

It’s a very specific type of guided mindfulness meditation. We use the word “exploration” because we are following our curiosity as we discover what’s inside this inner world. In the guided exploration, I’ll invite you to turn your awareness inward to “explore” your inner world and your body tissues. Internally, I’ll walk with you in this meditative state and teach you the simple steps to ground and fill yourself with universal energy.
